Headquartered in Surabaya, OneMed is the undisputed domestic leader in medical device manufacturing with more than 3,000 SKUs across medical consumables, diagnostic equipment, and hospital furniture. Servicing the majority of health institutions in the country, including public and private hospitals, diagnostic labs, and public health centers, it also distributes and partners with third-party international medical brands on top of its own brands. OneMed aspires to continuously improve the welfare of public health to the Indonesian society amidst the lack of supporting health facilities in Indonesia by being a value medical device provider.
In this IPO transaction, AvantGarde Capital acted as the exclusive financial adviser to OneMed. We managed the end-to-end process of the transaction from developing equity story, restructuring, valuing, and onboarding quasi-government fund as an anchor subscriber.
