Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
You will be given main responsibility of developing original ideas and marketing initiatives, building relationships with key decision makers leading to deal originations. In your role, you will be leading projects and working closely with strong and capable team to successfully execute strategic corporate transactions under the guidance and mentorship of the senior management.
Advises and assists reputable and quality corporate clients across key industry sectors to prepare and embark on strategic options to transform their companies to the next level and raise capital for future expansion by way of:
- Domestic and cross-border Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
- Divestiture and sale transactions
- IPO and ECM transactions
- Private equity and private placements
Skills Required:
- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable overseas university. MBA or CFA is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles in reputable investment banking firms, financial advisory firms, and/or private equity firms
- Hands-on experience in managing clients and coordinating multiple parties
- Proven leadership capability and strong technical and analytical skills
- Excellent power point and presentation skills, and articulate in oral and written English
- Demonstrate trustworthiness and strong commitment and initiatives
